SPP is part of Norway´s Storebrand Group. Together, we are one of the leading institutions in the Nordic region for savings and insurance solutions.

Advice and long-term solutions

SPP offers advice on long-term pension savings in combination with sales of traditional insurance policies with guaranteed interest, mutual fund investments and individual pension solutions for companies, organisations and private individuals. We also sell security solutions in the form of health and medical care insurance. SPP also acts as an agent for direct savings in SPP Fonder.

Modern and fair life insurance company

SPP is a dividend-paying life insurance company which offers open transfer rights to other companies at a low fee. This is a natural approach for us, since it increases freedom for both policyholders and the insured.
SPP customers also benefit from the option of switching free of charge between investment assets (traditional insurance policies with guaranteed interest and mutual fund investments).

The Storebrand Group is a pioneer in Socially Responsible Investment, SRI, which contributes to sustainable global development. Within this framework, SPP sets standards specific for the environmental and social responsibility we expect from the companies in which we invest our customers pension funds - without ignoring the need to generate value for our customers and shareholders.

Extensive operations

SPP and Storebrand jointly own 90 per cent (SPP 80 per cent) of BenCo Insurance Holding B.V., which includes Euroben Life & Pension Limited (Ireland) and Nordben Life and Pension Insurance Co. Limited (Guernsey). BenCo wholly owns Euroben and Nordben.
